The Shanghai Urban Planning Center documents the history of the city’s planning and construction. Its main attraction is the panoramic model of Shanghai that was made to a scale of 1/500 and occupies virtually an entire floor. We also saw a 360 degree movie (reminiscent of the old Disney theme park Cyclorama movies) that simulated a flyover of the city.
