A wonderful day of cruising through the Three Gorges and sailing on the Shennong Stream ended with an unexpected surprise before our Taste of China Farewell Dinner on the Yangtze Explorer – a visit from colorful fighting Chinese dragons and the “Emperor and his concubines”! We must have had at least ten different dishes, all of them excellent.
