After the Li River cruise, we took a bus ride to the resort town of Yangshuo and walked to the Cloud 9 Restaurant for a buffet lunch. While some of our group went shopping after lunch, the rest of us attended a class at the restaurant’s Cooking School where we prepared Kung Pao Chicken for our “second lunch”.
